• Download the Whatsapp Backup Decrypter archive given below and extract the folder wp to your C drive . It must be like this C:\wp
• It contains four folders, namely backup,data,output and tmp, and the Whatsapp Backup Decrypter tool.
• Go to /data/data on the victim’s android phone and copy com.whatsapp folder to “data” folder in wp. [C:\wp\data\]
• Go to sd card/Whatsapp/Database on victim’s phone and copy “msgstore.db.cryp8” to backup folder. [ C:\wp\backup\ ]
• Open the Whatsapp Backup Decrypter tool located inside wp folder, and press Decrypt
• Your done! 
•  The decrypted database will be in C:\wp\output
• You can view the decrypted database using any SQLite viewer or Whatsapp Viewer(download link provided below)
